Justine Larbalestier - the Australian YA writer of the Magic or Madness trilogy. Very entertaining.
Nathan Bransford - this literary agent starts a lot of interesting writing discussions and gives a lot of advice along the way. A 'should-read', especially if you're looking for an agent.
Author! Author! - Another great resource for writers looking to improve their writing or to get published. Take a look at the category listings in the right column -- very comprehensive.
